Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a proactive Project and Proposal Coordinator for the Mission Software Solutions team in Canberra. You will support governance, reporting, administration, and delivery coordination across complex projects, enabling informed decisions.

This 12-month maximum term role offers opportunities for extensions and involves on-site collaboration with Defence and government stakeholders. You will develop dashboards and reporting packages, administer SharePoint, manage data, and

Qualifications

Experience in project coordination, administration, PMO support, and delivery support within complex projects.
Knowledge of PMO controls, project governance, risk and issue management, document control, and knowledge management.
Proficient in administering SharePoint and using Microsoft 365 tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Lists, Teams, advanced Excel).
Experience developing dashboards and data visualisations with Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project meetings, actions, risks, issues, decisions, registers, and reporting.
Support client tenders, governance processes, and project recruitment in partnership with leadership.
Work with managers and stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and provide practical information management solutions.
Administer SharePoint sites, libraries, permissions, metadata, and project structures.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting outputs.
Streamline workflows, approvals, and notifications using Microsoft 365 tools.
