Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a Projects Manager – Proposal Management to lead end-to-end development of commercial proposals and delivery of approved work orders in a Canberra-based, complex service environment. You will collaborate with customers and Leidos SMEs to produce fully costed, high-quality proposals and secure approvals for on-time delivery.

Direct practical experience in proposal preparation and hands-on project management delivery.
Experience delivering proposals and projects in waterfall and agile environments.

Responsibilities

Develop fully priced, commercially sound proposals with customers and Leidos SMEs; secure internal approvals, obtain customer approval, and deliver proposals on time, compliant and approved at first pass.
Plan and deliver approved work orders and projects within agreed scope, schedule and budget.
Produce clear, accurate customer and internal reporting for proposals and projects, including status, risks/issues and financials.
Report active and planned proposals and projects to internal and customer stakeholders, escalating issues early and resolving them promptly.
Continuously improve proposal, estimate and project delivery practices to improve cycle time, quality and repeatability.
