Job summary

Whitehaven Coal's Daunia Mine in Queensland's Bowen Basin is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support maintenance and mining operations. You will receive, store and issue materials, maintain SAP S/4HANA records and help minimise downtime by ensuring parts availability.

Qualifications

Experience in mining or heavy industry warehouse operations.
SAP S/4HANA knowledge in warehouse or supply chain.
Current LF High Risk Work Licence and Coal Board Medical.
Experience with goods receipt, inventory control and freight handling.
Safety focused, detail oriented, able to work independently or in a team.
Strong communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, store and issue materials safely and accurately.
Maintain SAP S/4HANA inventory transactions and records.
Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, prioritising critical materials.
Expedite urgent freight to minimise downtime and support equipment availability.
Provide warehouse support to Maintenance, Operations and Supply teams.
Follow safety, health and environmental requirements and maintain housekeeping.
