Whitehaven Coal’s Daunia Mine near Moranbah is seeking an experienced 400T+ excavator operator. You will work FIFO from Brisbane or Cairns, or reside nearby, operating large excavators safely to meet production targets with a strong safety mindset.

You will uphold safety, teamwork and quality outcomes while living the Whitehaven STRIVE values. Camp accommodation, transport provided, and career development opportunities accompany a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven 400T+ excavator operating experience.
• Current Standard 11 and ability to obtain Queensland Coal Board Medical.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and quality outcomes.
