Job summary

Whitehaven Coal in Queensland's Daunia Mine near Moranbah is hiring a Warehouse Operator to support maintenance and mining operations. You will receive, store and issue materials, manage freight, and keep SAP S/4HANA inventory records up to date.

You will help ensure parts and goods arrive when needed, uphold safety standards, and work with Maintenance, Operations and Supply teams to minimise downtime. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to a high-performing operation with competitive

Qualifications

Experience in mining, warehouse, logistics or heavy industry.
SAP S/4HANA experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
Current LF High Risk Work Licence, Coal Board Medical, Standard 11 and Queensland Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, store and issue materials safely and accurately.
Maintain inventory records in SAP S/4HANA with goods receipts/issues.
Coordinate inbound/outbound freight and prioritise critical materials.
Expedite urgent freight and materials to minimise downtime.
Provide warehouse support to Maintenance, Operations and Supply teams.
Follow site Safety, Health and Environmental requirements and maintain good housekeeping.
