Thiess is seeking a Training Coordinator for our Olive Downs Project, 40 kilometres southwest of Moranbah. You will coordinate site training, maintain training records, and ensure compliance with Thiess and client requirements on an 8/6 roster.

You will manage training plans, liaise with Trainers, and support safety training, ERT, and audit readiness while driving continuous improvement and proficiency-based learning on site.

Formación

• Experience in managing a complex Training Needs Analysis.
• Strong administrative skills and experience using online training systems.
• Certificate IV Trainer Assessor.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Ability to map training packages to recognised competencies (RII packages).
• Experience with heavy earthmoving equipment would be highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Manage site gate competency compliance, training records and LMS data accuracy.
• Coordinate course bookings, onsite training, assessments and site inductions.
• Develop and maintain site Training Plans and Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Liaise with Training Specialists, Crew Trainers and key stakeholders across site.
• Support Health & Safety compliance, including ERT training and safety leadership.
• Monitor training performance, reporting and audit readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement with a focus on proficiency-based and new-to-industry training.
