Job summary

Glencore operates Rolleston Open Cut in Central Queensland and seeks an experienced Mining Superintendent to join the Production team. Reporting to the Mine Manager, you will lead the site in delivering safe, efficient production by implementing and refining mine plans.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years’ experience across mining methods, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety. Local housing support, FIFO options, and a comprehensive rewards program are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in the mining industry across multiple methods.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to mentor/co-workers and drive safety culture.

Responsibilities
