GM³ is an emerging Australian metallurgical coal mining entity operating at Tahmoor Mine. We are seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support the safe, on-time delivery of site projects, from feasibility to handover.

The role reports to the Superintendent Projects and involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and contractors to meet budget and governance requirements. Key duties include tracking progress, managing schedules and resources, and maintaining documentation while ensuring

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in engineering or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating projects in mining, heavy industry or similar environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel and Word.
• Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the business.
• Ability to work in small teams or individually to deliver projects.

• Coordinate site projects from pre-feasibility through to handover to operations.
• Monitor progress, schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with standards, obligations and governance.
• Support risk assessments and timely actions.
• Maintain project docs and tracking systems.
