Job summary

MCA Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the safe, efficient and successful delivery of our projects across Australia. You will work closely with clients, site supervisors, engineers and subcontractors to manage scope, budgets, schedules and resources in line with contractual and quality requirements.

The role requires travel to different project locations across NSW and QLD and roster-based work as project needs require.

Qualifications

Recognised qualifications in Project Management are essential.
Demonstrated experience managing mining, construction, industrial or engineering projects.
Strong understanding of project delivery, budgeting, scheduling and cost control.
Experience managing contracts, subcontractors and project variations.

Responsibilities

Manage projects from mobilisation and planning through to completion and handover.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and resource requirements.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and equipment.
Monitor project costs, progress and performance, addressing issues as they arise.
Manage project risks, variations and contractual obligations.
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
Ensure works meet safety, environmental and quality requirements.
Prepare project reports, forecasts and progress updates.
Support site supervisors and teams to achieve project milestones.
