Responsibilities

• Champion safety management plans and procedures.
• Effectively communicate with other departments.
• Lead and develop the crew.
• Ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.
• Conduct toolbox talks and shift prestart talks.
• Conduct statutory inspections of an open cut operation.
