Job summary

Thiess is seeking Production Mining Operators – Haul Truck (mechanical) and Multi-Skilled Operators – to join our team on a permanent full-time basis at the Caval Ridge Project (Moranbah, QLD).

The roles offer a 7/7 rotating roster (days/nights), 12.5-hour shifts, and DIDO or BIBO options (no FIFO). Join us to operate heavy mining equipment safely while advancing with Thiess.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience operating Haul Trucks (mechanical) in a coal mining environment.
• SSE-signed, verified skills list (training transcripts) and LMS documentation.
• Standard 11 – Statement of Attainment.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• A strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Previous Dispatch experience highly regarded.
