Job summary

Mader Group is seeking an experienced QLD Hard Rock Coordinator to join our Brisbane Hamilton team. This in-office, Monday–Friday position supports a growing workforce across major mining regions, coordinating field personnel and ensuring safe, efficient service delivery.

You will manage workflow, participate in recruitment, and travel regionally to maintain strong client relations and drive performance while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a mining environment.
• Experience working in Queensland mining sites is ideal.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Ability to manage a dynamic team and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate workforce across multiple mining operations.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of field personnel.
• Travel regularly across the Mount Isa region for client visits and site checks.
• Lead and support the field team to ensure safety and performance goals.
• Foster relationships with employees and clients to drive engagement.
