Job summary

Stanmore Resources, a leading Australian resources company, is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Supervisor for Poitrel Mine in Queensland. You will lead frontline maintenance crews, coordinate safe and efficient execution of heavy mobile equipment work, and role-model best practices in safety and quality workmanship.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and the ability to step up into supervisor duties as needed to support production and reliability goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in mining or heavy industrial maintenance.
• Trade qualification with hands-on maintenance of heavy mobile equipment.
• Strong leadership and frontline coaching capabilities.
• Commitment to safety, risk management and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities safely and efficiently.
• Provide frontline leadership, direction and support to maintenance personnel.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and maintenance processes.
• Coordinate with Planners/Schedulers to execute work as planned.
• Step up to perform Mobile Maintenance Supervisor duties when required.
• Identify maintenance issues and escalate defects or risks.
• Collaborate with operations, contractors and other teams to ensure effective maintenance execution.
