Job summary
BHP Group seeks a Development Supervisor for Saraji Mine in Central Queensland. You will oversee preventive maintenance and technical field support for mine-site IT/OT systems, reporting to the Superintendent Technology Operations.
This is a 7/7 DIDO/Residential day shift role with flexible arrangements. Responsibilities include leading on-site technology operations, coordinating resources, and driving safety and compliance across network and systems.
Qualifications
- Cert 3 or Trade Certificate in Industrial Wireless Communications, Electronics or Industrial Electrical/Instrumentation (or willing to undertake Cert 3 as part of role)
Responsibilities
- Site Responsible Person for Technology on site and ensures works are within Safe Systems of Work.
- Manages tasks and resources to meet business priorities.
- Hands-on role with focus on network switches, servers, CCTV, WiFi, and IT/OT services.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Project teams and remote teams to ensure effective operations.
- Work with technical specialists on improvements, hazard identification and reporting.
