Job summary

National Group invites an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor to support safety governance, compliance, and training at the Sino Iron Mine in Western Australia. You will guidance across health, safety, and environmental management while coordinating competency across large earthworks operations.

You will work with construction, production, and maintenance teams to ensure WA WHS compliance, incident investigations, and VOC assessments for mobile plant operators, fostering a

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment with practical experience training operators.
• Diploma of Work Health & Safety or Certificate IV in WHS.
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and environmental requirements.
• Experience on Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) projects or large earthworks is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and engagement across site teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety-first culture across site activities.
• Advise on WA WHS compliance and environmental obligations.
• Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and investigations.
• Maintain HSE management systems and reporting.
• Coordinate VOC assessments and operator training.
• Collaborate with operations to improve safety performance.
