Job summary

RSGx is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our construction team on major mining and energy projects across WA. You will lead safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments, inspections and incident investigations, and support training to maintain high health, safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Cert IV in Work Health & Safety required.
• OHS Construction Card (White Card) mandatory.
• Current Driver's Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE leadership across project sites and teams.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections and audits.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
• Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and HSE training sessions.
• Work with supervisors, engineers and clients to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.
