Job summary

Perseus Mining Limited in Perth, WA, is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to develop and standardise safety systems, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement across mining operations from the Subiaco corporate office.

You will work with the General Manager HSEC to deliver practical safety frameworks, training materials and clear reporting, while supporting site teams to strengthen risk management, compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in a health and safety role within mining or resources.
• Demonstrated experience developing, reviewing and implementing HSE systems.
• Ability to interpret health and safety legislation and industry best practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardise and improve health and safety systems and frameworks.
• Lead risk management, incident investigations and critical controls.
• Produce safety reporting and training materials with strong data integrity.
• Provide site support and coordinate multiple stakeholder requirements.
