Zusammenfassung

Harmony Australasia is seeking a Human Resources Advisor for the CSA Mine, based onsite in Cobar, NSW, with an 8/6 FIFO roster from Brisbane or Sydney. The role emphasises employee relations, compliance and practical HR guidance in a heavy industrial environment.

You will support leaders and employees, interpret enterprise agreements, and help drive workforce planning, recruitment and wellbeing initiatives within a site-based operation.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Experience as HR Advisor/Officer or similar role.
• Good understanding of Fair Work legislation and ER processes.
• Ability to interpret policies, procedures and industrial instruments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work in a remote, site-based environment.
• Experience with blue-collar workforces is highly regarded.

• Provide day-to-day HR advice, coaching and support to leaders and employees.
• Handle employee relations matters, investigations and performance processes.
• Interpret and apply policies, procedures and employment legislation.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and recruitment activities.

• Support training and capability development across the workforce.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
