Job summary

Harmony Australasia is seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join the People & Culture team at CSA Mine in NSW. The role is on-site with an 8:6 FIFO/DIDO roster; FIFO travel from Brisbane or Sydney is available and local candidates are encouraged to apply.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and build strong candidate pipelines while upholding confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment within the mining, resources, energy, heavy industry or construction sectors.
• Demonstrated success recruiting blue-collar positions, including technical, operational and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Oracle), recruitment reporting tools, LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, cost-effective recruitment from vacancy identification through to placement and onboarding, in line with policies and compliance requirements.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to define roles, selection criteria and structured interviews, and identify suitable labour-hire options.
• Support fair, consistent candidate assessment and provide a positive, professional candidate experience.
• Build talent networks and pipelines through proactive sourcing, industry relationships and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Oracle Recruitment and SEEK.
• Manage recruitment enquiries, shared mailboxes, records, tracking spreadsheets and reporting accurately and promptly.
• Uphold professionalism, ethical conduct, integrity and confidentiality.
• Improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, time-to-fill, quality of hire and cost effectiveness.
