Job summary

Harmony Australasia's CSA Mine in NSW is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to deliver high‑quality HR guidance across the employee lifecycle. Working onsite in Cobar, you will partner with site leaders to build a positive workplace culture, support performance, investigations, and compliance with enterprise agreements and legislation.

Candidates should have a tertiary HR qualification, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work in a remote, site-based environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Experience as HR Advisor or HR Officer or similar role.
• Solid understanding of Fair Work legislation and employee relations.
• Ability to interpret policies and industrial instruments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to work in a remote, site-based environment.
• Experience with blue-collar workforces is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice, coaching and support to site leaders and employees.
• Support employee relations matters including investigations and performance management.
• Interpret and apply enterprise agreements, policies and employment legislation.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, recruitment and operational HR needs.
• Contribute to workplace change, culture, engagement and wellbeing programs.
• Support training, development and capability-building across the workforce.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reporting and documentation.
