Job summary

Harmony is seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor for its CSA Mine in NSW. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, partner with HMs and HR, and build strong candidate pipelines for current and future workforce needs.

The role requires FIFO/remote recruitment experience, strong interviewing skills, and a commitment to process improvement and candidate experience. Onsite roster-based work with travel support from major hubs is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment within mining, resources, energy, heavy industry or construction sectors.
• Demonstrated success recruiting both blue-collar and white-collar positions, including technical, operational and maintenance.
• Proficiency in ATS (Oracle), recruitment reporting tools, LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skills across all organisational levels.
• Effective communication, organisation and time management skills.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
• Experience supporting FIFO, regional or remote workforce recruitment (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, cost-effective recruitment from vacancy identification through to placement and onboarding, in line with policies and compliance requirements.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to define roles, selection criteria and structured interviews, and identify suitable labour-hire options.
• Support fair, consistent candidate assessment and provide a positive, professional candidate experience.
• Build talent networks and pipelines through proactive sourcing, industry relationships and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Oracle Recruitment and SEEK.
• Managing recruitment enquiries, shared mailboxes, records, tracking spreadsheets and reporting accurately and promptly.
• Upholding professionalism, ethical conduct, integrity and confidentiality.
• Improving recruitment processes, candidate experience, time-to-fill, quality of hire and cost effectiveness.
