The role focuses on developing strategic plans, managing budgets, and building strong relationships with clients and teams, ensuring a high level of service and continuous improvement across the branch.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a manufacturing or operational business within Mining or Mining Services.
• Tertiary qualifications in Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs.
• Proven ability to grow and develop an operational business.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations and performance of the Mt Thorley branch.
• Develop and deliver operational and sales strategies aligned with budgets and revenue targets.
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building customer relationships.
• Lead, motivate and develop operations teams with clear KPIs and accountabilities.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and timely reporting on branch performance.
