Job summary

Glencore International AG at the Ulan Complex in NSW is seeking a Contracts Officer to join the Commercial Team. The role involves on-site oversight of end-to-end contract processes across the mining complex.

You will work with management, Principal’s Representatives and stakeholders to ensure contract accuracy, compliance and timely renewals, leveraging SAP and Microsoft Office in daily duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and high attention to detail.
• Flexible approach with commercial orientation; able to work independently and in a team.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure contracts are accurate and fit for purpose.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contract documentation in line with Ulan Complex standards and policies.
• Advise management and Principal’s Representatives on contract protocols.
• Ensure contract processes follow authorised company systems, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in developing tender documentation.
• Provide training and support to Mine contract holders.
• Proactively identify and renew contracts before expiry or new work.
• Maintain a robust system to record, store and recover all contract documents.
