Job summary

ResourcePro Project Solutions is recruiting experienced Project Managers and Project Supervisors to support surface and underground capital projects in remote mining operations across Queensland, the Northern Territory and Western Australia. These roles are contract-based, with FIFO roster options (4:3, 8:6 or 7:7) and flights from multiple Australian cities.

You will lead scopes, budgets and schedules, engage contractors and ensure safety and quality across diverse mining infrastructure

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Experience delivering capital projects in mining/resources/construction/heavy industry
• Strong commercial and financial management capability
• Experience managing contractors and construction delivery
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of capital projects across surface and/or underground mining operations
• Define scopes of work, manage budgets and schedules
• Oversee contractor engagement and construction activities
• Maintain safety leadership and compliance with client procedures
• Support procurement, contract management and commercial activities
• Provide client-side supervision of contractors and coordinate daily site activities
• Monitor progress, quality and alignment with approved scopes
• liaise with contractors and stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver projects
