WesTrac Bunbury is seeking a Customer Support Manager to lead a portfolio of construction industry customers, driving aftermarket parts and service sales while delivering top-tier product support to maximise equipment performance.

The role requires experience in customer account management, technical product support and aftermarket sales within construction/mining/heavy equipment, with a focus on developing trusted partnerships and growth across parts, service and support programs.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship builder with the ability to establish trust with construction customers.
• Sales and commercial know-how with capability to drive value through parts, maintenance, repairs and service programs.
• Mechanical or equipment knowledge to discuss customer requirements confidently.
• Collaborative approach working with diverse stakeholders to get things done.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with construction customers and become their trusted go-to for advice, support and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to add value through parts, maintenance, repairs and service programs.
• Regularly visit customers in the field to understand needs and stay connected to site activities.
• Manage sales pipeline and CRM to keep opportunities on track and prevent gaps.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver practical solutions and exceptional service.
