What you'll be doing

As a valued member of our kitchen team, you will:

• Prepare and present authentic, high-quality Asian dishes that delight our members and guests
• Work closely with our chefs and front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
• Contribute ideas for menu development, seasonal specials and new offerings
• Maintain exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation
• Help foster a positive, supportive and professional kitchen culture
• Play a key role during busy service periods while remaining calm, focused and efficient
• Ensure consistency and attention to detail in every dish that leaves the kitchen
