Responsibilities

Oversee engineering and design aspects for Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation.
Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing technical guidance, mentorship and performance feedback.
Approve technical design decisions and sign-off on project deliverables.
Collaborate with Directors and Functional Managers to ensure schedule and technical objectives.
Engage with clients to capture requirements and deliver customized solutions.
