Job summary

Ausenco is seeking a Manager, Process in Brisbane to lead the process engineering team across valuable minerals projects from scoping to feasibility and execution. You will direct delivery quality, mentor engineers, and grow the minerals client base through face-to-face engagements.

Ideal candidates have a degree in metallurgical/mineral/chemical engineering, strong leadership, and proven ability to write proposals and manage multi-disciplinary scopes. Join us to shape sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, Extractive Metallurgy or similar.
• Experience in leading process engineering teams and across project lifecycle.
• Strong proposal writing and client-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review process engineering deliverables to ensure Ausenco standards.
• Assist in proposals and hour estimates of work.
• Develop rapport with clients and grow minerals client base through meetings.
• Develop technical systems for training and compliance.
• Attend site visits to kick off studies.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the Process Engineering Team.
• Ensure development goals and technical standards are met.
• Participate in graduate development programs and industry events.
• Represent Ausenco at industry events.
