Job summary

Bravus Mining & Resources is hiring a Training Coordinator for the Carmichael Mine in central Queensland. Reporting to the Superintendent – Safety and Training, you will ensure training systems meet compliance requirements and support the workforce with structured programs.

The role features a 9 days on, 5 days off roster with flexibility for alternative rosters for the right candidate. You will coordinate inductions, track competencies, and help develop training materials for large-scale

Qualifications

• Experience in the development of training collateral.
• Strong organisational and scheduling capability.
• Excellent communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to professionally present material to a large workforce.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
• Keen for professional development opportunities.
• Cert IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Schedule training, inductions and verification of competencies.
• Liaise with internal/external trainers and RTOs to schedule and deliver training.
• Deliver training to meet TNA compliance.
• Track training compliance and currency for all site personnel.
• Assist in developing, reviewing and implementing training materials, packages and site procedures.
• Support standardisation of training processes across the site.
• Support leadership with competency assessments and training plans.
