Job summary

Komatsu Australia is seeking a hands-on Short Term Maintenance Planner to own the short-term planning and scheduling across the Batchfire Callide Mine site fleet. You will coordinate trades, labour, parts and customer resources to ensure maintenance work is delivered efficiently and safely.

The role requires strong planning, relationship-building with trades and the customer to keep equipment ready and performing at its best.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Heavy Earthmoving Equipment maintenance or extensive mining maintenance planning experience.
• Understanding of mine-site safety, environmental and legislative requirements.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of short-term maintenance planning and scheduling across Batchfire Callide Mine site fleet.
• Coordinate scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, labour, parts, subcontractors and customer resources.
• Ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with MARC contract requirements.
