Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales Associate in Australia to deliver mindful, high-quality customer experiences. You will drive store sales, engage guests, and educate on the brand, community, and culture while working within a team that values feedback and excellence.

Role requires frequent movement on the shop floor, knowledge of store initiatives, and ability to lift up to 10–15 KG. A rotating roster and VEVO check may be part of the process.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of client-centric, sales experience preferred.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Aligns with ALO's Guiding Principles.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 10–15 KG.

Responsibilities

• Impact the store and business positively in line with leadership goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO's Flow initiatives.
• Engage customers to create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and improve results.
• Ensure front and back of house procedures meet Policy & Procedures.
• Manage workforce coverage and selling initiatives to support store goals.
• Introduce all facets of the ALO business model to guests.
