Job summary

Sky Services Group in Milsons Point seeks a part-time Building Manager for a 40-suite commercial building on a six-month contract. 20 hours per week, with 8am–12pm attendance Monday–Friday and potential schedule flexibility.

You will manage day-to-day operations, nurture relationships with owners, tenants and committee members, coordinate contractors, handle maintenance requests, inspections and reporting while upholding WHS standards and delivering excellent tenant service.

Qualifications

• Background in Property Management, Facilities Management, Strata or trade services.
• Minimum 2 years of Building Management Experience.
• Strong administration skills.
• Customer Service focus.
• Clear communication skills both written and verbal.
• Understanding of WHS systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operation of the building.
• Build positive relationships with owners, tenants and committee members.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers.
• Assist with maintenance requests and follow up outstanding works.
• Conduct common property inspections.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs.
• Monitor building presentation and identify maintenance issues.
• Help prepare reports and communications for stakeholders.
• Support compliance with WHS policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors.
