The Cleaning Group Australia is hiring a reliable part-time cleaner for a luxury residential building in Milsons Point. You will maintain common areas, manage bins, and ensure pristine presentation for residents and building management.

Work is Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week with weekly pay. You’ll join a small, supportive team and receive uniform and equipment. Previous residential cleaning experience is preferred and a Police Check may be required.

• Work with a small, supportive team and an operations manager.

About the role

TCG is a family-run Sydney cleaning company specialising in premium strata and build-to-rent buildings. We're hiring a reliable part-time cleaner for a luxury residential building in a landmark Milsons Point location, right at the foot of the Harbour Bridge.

The role covers common area cleaning and the building's bin and waste rooms. It's a short walk from Milsons Point train station and the ferry wharf, with cafes, shops and the harbour foreshore on your doorstep.

What you'll do

• Clean and present common areas to a high standard - lobby, lifts, corridors, stairwells etc
• Manage the building's bins - put them out for collection, bring them back in, and keep bin rooms and bins clean and odour-free
• Keep glass, stainless steel and other surfaces spotless
• Carry out periodic tasks as scheduled (e.g. detailed cleans)
• Report maintenance issues and complete simple checklists via our app
• Work with a small, supportive team and a hands-on operations manager

Hours and pay

20 hours per week: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Weekly pay, stable rostered hours, uniform and equipment supplied

About you

• Previous cleaning experience in residential strata preferred
• High attention to detail and genuine pride in presentation
• Reliable, punctual, physically fit and able to work independently
• Well-presented and comfortable interacting with residents and building management
• Current Police Check (or willing to obtain one)
