Mater is seeking a Midwifery Unit Manager for the Midwifery Group Practice in South Brisbane on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting January 2027. The MUM will lead the clinical and operational management of the program, ensuring culture, quality, safety and patient experience across the pregnancy journey.

The role requires registered midwifery with AHPRA, advanced knowledge in antenatal to postnatal care, and proven leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife.
• Advanced clinical knowledge in antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care.
• Proven ability to lead and manage clinical teams.
• Experience managing a clinical cost centre and budgeting.
