Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education and current VIT registration.
• Significant experience in Middle School teaching and curriculum leadership.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum, assessment and contemporary pedagogical approaches.
• Proven ability to lead staff through coaching and professional learning.
• Data-informed practice and evidence-based decision making.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Collaborative and improvement-focused leadership style.
