Qualifications

• Minimum valid Ohio Department of Education license/permit at appointment.
• Meets mandated state/federal criteria (approved degree or higher-education credits or test).
• Displays flexibility, reliability, self-discipline and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Arrives prepared to start on time and follows sign-in/out procedures.
• Receives directions from the assigned supervisor and supports non-teaching tasks.
• Communicates rules to students and uses positive behavioral supports.
• Maintains safe, orderly environments in cafeteria, hallways, health clinic, library, and study areas.
• Provides classroom and student support as directed by the classroom teacher.
