Zeller is seeking a hands-on mid-market Account Executive to build strong relationships with Australian SMEs and drive revenue growth. You’ll meet owners of family and multi-location businesses, understand their cash-flow needs, and position Zeller as the best EFTPOS and payments partner.

This role emphasizes relationship-building over hard selling, with opportunities to influence across Sales, Marketing, CS, Product and Operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a sales role with proven quarterly results.
• Genuine curiosity about people and their businesses.
• Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated revenue growth.
• University degree or relevant experience.
• Proficient in prospecting, identifying target merchants, evaluating buyer interest, qualifying, presenting value-based demonstrations, writing proposals, objection handling and negotiating.

Responsabilités

• Prospect small, medium and large businesses through outbound and inbound channels.
• Understand merchant pain points and tailor Zeller solutions.
• Maintain clean pipeline in Hubspot with attention to detail.
• Own full sales cycle from planning to closing to exceed targets.
• Translate merchant needs into clear, compelling solutions.
• Use storytelling and case studies to demonstrate value.
• Develop deals across varied use cases and verticals.
• Stay updated on SME, fintech, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product and Ops to relay feedback.
