Job summary

Randstad NV in Sydney is seeking an experienced Enterprise Windows and Cloud Admin to support a mission-critical NSW government department. You will manage server and desktop environments, deploy upgrades, and ensure high availability across core cloud services.

You will use PowerShell for automation, maintain documentation for governance, and apply your expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune to drive smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience administering enterprise Windows Server and desktop environments.
• Operational background across Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud platforms.
• Microsoft Cloud or related vendor certifications.
• Strong analytical problem solving skills and experience with structured change governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical administration across server and desktop systems within an enterprise program.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and maintain operational documentation.
• Deploy upgrades and ensure high availability across core cloud infrastructure.
• Support project delivery and autonomy in problem solving.
• Contribute to governance and change management processes.
