CyberCX is looking for an IT engineer to own and support customer cloud environments, troubleshooting issues and delivering solutions that keep critical systems online. You will address incidents, manage relationships with customers and vendors, and ensure high availability of all systems.
With at least 1 year in IT engineering/operations, you will work in a hybrid Australian setting, applying DevOps practices and leveraging Azure, Terraform and M365 skills to meet service commitments.
