Job summary

CyberCX in Australia is seeking a Team Lead – Microsoft Azure Cloud Security & Solutions to build and mentor an Azure-focused cloud security team while delivering secure Azure implementations and outcomes for customers.

You will empower team members to reach their potential, manage day-to-day workloads, collaborate across CyberCX groups, and drive operational excellence with an enterprise mindset and clear accountability.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years mentoring or coaching within a cloud environment, preferably Azure-focused.
• Demonstrated understanding of IT and security operations in Microsoft Azure within large or complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to drive innovative Azure-based solutions.
• Ability to respond to challenges with agility and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and build a high-performing team specialising in Microsoft Azure to enable learning, development, and capability uplift.
• Understand each team member’s skills, drivers, and aspirations; support their professional growth and career advancement.
• Provide leadership support for your team’s day-to-day workloads, particularly focused on Azure-based solutions and security.
• Ensure successful delivery of customer outcomes by managing Azure-specific implementations, projects, and improvements.
• Collaborate across CyberCX teams to maximise value delivered to customers using Azure cloud platforms.
• Create a team culture of empowerment, collaboration, and accountability through engagement and alignment to shared goals.
