Ingram Micro, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager – Microsoft to accelerate growth across the Microsoft portfolio. This hunter role focuses on new partner acquisition, pipeline generation, revenue growth, and expanding the Microsoft channel.

The ideal candidate hustles, creates opportunities, makes calls, and engages with senior and C-suite stakeholders. You will collaborate with Microsoft, vendors, partners, and internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver commercial growth.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Partner Sales, Vendor Management, or technology sales.
• Strong hunter mentality and proven ability to generate new business.
• Vendor/channel experience within the Australian technology market.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.
• Confident communicating with senior and C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business, pipeline, revenue, and margin growth across the Microsoft portfolio.
• Identify and acquire new partners and develop existing channel opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with Microsoft, vendors, partners, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Develop and execute business development and territory plans.
• Work with Microsoft, vendors, and internal teams on growth initiatives and new business opportunities.
• Understand partner business needs and translate opportunities into commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to convert pipeline into revenue.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and growth targets.
