Job summary

Parliament of NSW is seeking a Microsoft 365 Support Specialist to administer and optimise Microsoft 365 services across NSW Parliament. You will provide advanced hands-on support for Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and related Microsoft cloud technologies from our Sydney CBD base.

The role emphasises security, reliability and alignment with business needs, contributing to governance, lifecycle planning and user adoption for a modern digital workplace.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and resolving complex issues.
• Experience implementing and improving Microsoft 365 services across an organisation.
• ITIL practices and service management awareness.
• On-call roster participation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and continuously improve Microsoft 365 support services.
• Provide advanced hands-on expertise across Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Ensure security, reliability and integration aligned to business needs.
• Contribute to platform governance, lifecycle planning and user adoption initiatives.
