Job summary

NRI seeks an experienced Technical / Infrastructure Project Manager to join a major internal technology integration program, delivering a single Microsoft ecosystem. This hands-on role spans Microsoft 365 migration, Modern Workplace, endpoint management, Intune and security, within a large-scale transformation.

The 12‑month contract supports delivery with potential for extension. Remote work is mostly ok; Sydney or Melbourne is preferred due to team location, with East Coast hours for alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex Microsoft migration or Modern Workplace programmes.
• Strong PM capability within Microsoft environments and governance.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical workstreams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own key streams and drive delivery against timelines and milestones.
• Lead Microsoft 365 migration and data onboarding into a new tenancy.
• Oversee endpoint transformation and Intune rollout with SOE deployment.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and status reporting.
• Coordinate with architects, technical leads and engineering teams.
