Job summary

NRI is seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune Migration Lead to drive a major enterprise migration within a 12‑month program. You will own the endpoint management workstream, design migration strategies and coordinate with security, architects and project stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Intune, SCCM to Intune, and Windows Autopilot, with hybrid Australia-wide delivery and East Coast hours alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Microsoft Intune tenant-to-tenant migrations in large enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise in Intune, Endpoint Manager, and endpoint management technologies.
• Experience migrating from SCCM to Intune, including co-management and workload transition.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 deployment, Autopilot, device provisioning and SOE environments.
• Experience with device compliance, configuration profiles and endpoint security policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration of Microsoft Intune services and endpoint management across Microsoft 365 tenants.
• Assess existing SCCM and Intune environments, device estates, configurations and dependencies.
• Design and deliver transition from SCCM to Intune, including co-management and workload migration.
• Develop and execute migration strategies, including deployment waves, cutover planning and rollback approaches.
• Lead migration of device compliance policies, configuration profiles, endpoint security settings and app deployments.
• Design and implement device enrolment and provisioning using Windows Autopilot, ABM and Android Enterprise.
• Support rollout of a new SOE and management of Windows 11 and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with security/identity teams on Entra ID, CA and Zero Trust integration.
• Use PowerShell, Graph API and Endpoint Analytics to automate migration activities and report on compliance.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers and manage complex migration issues.
