Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or related discipline is essential.
• 2–5 years’ experience in microbiology sales, product support, or laboratory-based microbiology.
• Demonstrated sales success within life sciences or microbiology markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (AOP) for Victoria and Tasmania with alignment to margin objectives.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update strategic territory and account plans.
• Maintain existing business while identifying and developing new accounts and market segments.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, demand tracking, and opportunity funnel management.
• Promote the Microbiology portfolio and conduct product demonstrations and customer training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow the business and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast accuracy, and adherence to EHS policies.
