Job summary

Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new business across MICE and groups in Sydney, NSW. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with corporate clients, agencies and associations, and convert leads into confirmed revenue while collaborating with the Conference & Event Sales team.

You will report to the Director of Sales and work within the Accor family, benefiting from a strong network and ongoing business development opportunities in

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality sales, especially MICE.
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect for new clients and opportunities in MICE, conferences and events.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, agencies and associations.
• Convert leads into confirmed business and maximise revenue.
• Work with internal teams to maximise opportunities and site inspections.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline in CRM.
