Job summary

Accor invites an accomplished Business Development Manager to join the Pullman Sydney Hyde Park team in Sydney. Focus on driving new MICE and group business, building relationships with corporate clients, agencies and event partners to deliver profitable revenue growth.

You will work closely with the Director of Sales and the Conference & Event Sales team to identify opportunities, pursue untapped markets, and convert leads from initial enquiry through to confirmed business, while expanding

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience within hospitality with tangible MICE results.
• Proactive hunter mindset with ability to build and convert a pipeline.
• Strong relationship-building with corporate clients, agencies and venues.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue MICE opportunities across conferences, meetings and events.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through client visits, events and targeted activity.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, agencies, PCOs, DMCs and associations.
• Convert leads into confirmed business and maximize revenue potential.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to close opportunities from enquiry to contract.
