Job summary

Zinfra is seeking a Metering Support Officer to support the efficient delivery of the Metering Program of Works, based at our Old Guildford depot on a 12-month maximum term contract. You will schedule customer appointments for metering maintenance, confirm access arrangements, and handle changes to ensure a smooth delivery and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, coordination or support roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive inquiries.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; SAP/Power BI experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate customer appointments for metering maintenance.
• Manage customer interactions via phone and email.
• Confirm site access, appointment details and special requirements for complex jobs.
• Maintain accurate work orders and appointment records.
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Proactively follow up jobs to ensure completion and customer satisfaction.
