Job summary

Injinji Performance Products in Brisbane is seeking a hands-on Meta advertising specialist to plan, launch, and optimise Facebook and Instagram campaigns. You will work with Design and Social Media teams to bring compelling creative to life, manage budgets, and turn performance data into practical recommendations.

Based in our Brendale HQ, this full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm. You should be comfortable using Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite, with bonus points for Canva,

Qualifications

• Genuine, hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action.
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing your own workload.
• Creative eye for what makes good ad content.
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Bonus points if you have Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience, some content creation chops, or you're comfortable with Claude AI.

Responsibilities

• Planning, building, and launching paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Managing budget pacing, audience targeting, and bid strategy day to day.
• Working with Design and Social Media teams on ad creative.
• Testing creative, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
• Reporting on campaign performance and turning data into recommendations.
• Supporting campaigns around product launches, promotions, and seasonal sales.
• Keeping across Meta's advertising policies and platform updates.
