You will work independently yet collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and design to optimize audiences, creatives, and landing pages. You will implement AI-assisted workflows, track KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROAS), manage budgets, and report performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Meta Ads management.
• Experience with lead-generation and high-intent funnels.
• Strong knowledge of audience targeting and attribution.
• Ability to translate data into actionable optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Meta Ads strategies across Facebook and Instagram.
• Build campaigns for leads, demos, trials, and bookings.
• Develop audience strategies with lookalike, retargeting, and funnel stages.
• Manage budgets and pacing to maximize quality and outcomes.
• Create and test multiple creatives and ad copy.
• Set up and optimize Pixel, Conversions API, and events.
